Day 01
Delhi - Dharamshala (480 KMS/ 11-13 HRS)
Begin your enchanting journey to Dharamshala by boarding the Volvo bus from the designated pickup point in Delhi. (Please ensure you arrive at the scheduled time; the pickup location will be mentioned on your ticket.) Enjoy an overnight ride in the comfort of the Volvo. Dharamshala offers the perfect setting for a memorable getaway – from serene waterfalls and sprawling tea gardens to a world-renowned cricket stadium, the spiritual presence of the Dalai Lama, and a peaceful ambiance ideal for relaxation.
Day 02
Welcome to Dharamshala & Local Sightseeing
Arrive in Dharamshala, where our representative will warmly welcome you and assist with your transfer to the hotel. (Please note: Check-in time is as per the hotel's policy; early check-in is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.) After freshening up, begin your sightseeing with a visit to Mcleodganj and the Tsuglagkhang Complex – the official residence of the 14th Dalai Lama. The complex also houses the Namgyal Monastery, Tibet Museum, a library, café, and a charming souvenir shop. Immerse yourself in the peaceful aura of the Dalai Lama’s spiritual haven.
Continue exploring other highlights of Dharamshala, including the Bhagsu Nag Temple & Waterfall, St. John in the Wilderness Church, the War Memorial, the scenic Cricket Stadium, and the bustling local market. In the evening, return to your hotel for a delicious dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 03
Palampur Sightseeing
Start your day with a hearty breakfast at your hotel in Dharamshala. Today, you’ll embark on a day tour to explore the scenic beauty and cultural charm of Palampur. Your first stop will be the revered Chamunda Devi Temple, named after the demon duo Chanda and Munda who were vanquished by the powerful goddess Devi.
Next, enjoy a visit to the Gopalpur Zoo, a delightful spot for nature and wildlife lovers. Later, unwind amidst the lush greenery of the Palampur Tea Gardens, soaking in the serene landscape.
By evening, you’ll be escorted back to your hotel in Dharamshala. Enjoy a delicious dinner and a restful overnight stay.
Day 04
Bye Bye, Dharamshala
Enjoy a wholesome breakfast at your hotel in Dharamshala, followed by check-out. Today, you'll begin your journey back to Delhi. You have some free time to relax or explore at your leisure before heading to the designated boarding point to catch your Volvo bus back to Delhi. Sit back and enjoy the comfortable overnight journey.

Written Communication: Guests are requested to confirm all discussions in writing (email/WhatsApp). Verbal communications will not be considered binding.
Flexible Packages: Urbntrip’s tour packages can be personalized to match guest preferences, including destinations, activities, and accommodations.
Service Alterations: Urbntrip reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, technical issues, government policies, or operational challenges. Guests will be notified promptly.
Booking Confirmation: A package is confirmed only after receiving the advance payment. Bookings remain provisional until the advance is processed.
Travel Date Finalization: For DND (Date Not Decided) packages, guests must confirm travel dates within 3 months of invoice issuance. Delays may affect availability/pricing.
Special Upgrades: Urbntrip occasionally offers complimentary upgrades (e.g., hotel category, room type, vehicle) to enhance guest experiences. These upgrades incur no extra cost and will be communicated before/during the trip.
Delay Policy: Delays caused by guests (e.g., late arrivals, document issues) may lead to service disruptions or additional charges.
Package Cancelation Policy
Cancellation Charges:
Up to 45 days before departure: ₹500 per guest or 7% of Net Tour Price (whichever is higher).
45–31 days before departure: 9% of Net Tour Price.
30–16 days before departure: 12% of Net Tour Price.
15–6 days before departure: 20% of Net Tour Price.
No-show or cancellation within 6 days: 100% of the Tour Cost.
Key Terms:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email/WhatsApp). Verbal requests are invalid.
No refunds for missed/unused services (flights, hotels, meals, permits, sightseeing).
Urbntrip may cancel bookings if 20% advance payment is not received on time.
Zero Tolerance: Services terminated and payments forfeited for illegal/violent behavior.
Urbntrip reserves the right to alter itineraries due to unforeseen events (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.).
Complimentary upgrades (hotels, vehicles) may be offered at Urbntrip’s discretion without extra cost.
Notes:
Refunds (if applicable) processed within 14 working days after deducting charges.
Travel insurance is recommended to cover unforeseen cancellations.
