Day 01
ARRIVAL & TRANSFER PURI
Welcome to Bhubaneswar! Upon arrival at the railway station, you’ll be greeted by our representative and proceed to Puri. After checking into your hotel and freshening up, head to the beautiful Puri beach to soak in the natural beauty and enjoy a refreshing dip in the Bay of Bengal. Later, visit the magnificent Jagannath Temple, one of India’s major pilgrimage centers, and experience its spiritual aura. In the afternoon, journey to the awe-inspiring Konark Sun Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that attracts thousands of devotees daily. On your way back to Puri, stop at the Chhaitana Stone Carving Village to witness the intricate artistry of local artisans and enjoy the scenic beauty of Chandrabhaga beach. JAGANATH DARSHAN - CHILKA
Early morning visit Jaganath Temple then after late breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Chilika Lake, Asia’s largest brackish water lagoon and a haven for biodiversity. Embark on a boat cruise to witness the playful Irrawaddy dolphins, explore the lake’s fascinating sea mouth, and discover the vibrant ecosystem of Red Crabs Island. BHUBANESWAR SIGHTSEEING - KOLKATA (TRAIN)

GANGASAGAR
The One Day Gangasagar Tour Package from Kolkata by Car offers a comfortable and convenient way to experience the spiritual significance of Gangasagar. Your journey begins with a private AC car pick-up from your home, hotel, or airport in Kolkata, followed by a scenic 3-hour drive to Harwood Point (Lot 8). From there, you’ll enjoy a ferry transfer to Sagar Island, where you’ll visit the Kapil Muni Temple and take a holy dip at the Gangasagar beach, a sacred spot where the Ganga meets the Bay of Bengal. After completing your pilgrimage, you’ll return to Kolkata in the evening, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free journey throughout.
Day 06
DEPARTURE
After a delightful breakfast, it’s time to bid farewell to Kolkata. Check out of your hotel and enjoy a convenient transfer to the railway station or airport, ensuring a smooth and timely departure for your onward journey. Booking Confirmation: A package is confirmed only after receiving the advance payment. Bookings remain provisional until the advance is processed.
Travel Date Finalization: For DND (Date Not Decided) packages, guests must confirm travel dates within 3 months of invoice issuance. Delays may affect availability/pricing.
Special Upgrades: Urbntrip occasionally offers complimentary upgrades (e.g., hotel category, room type, vehicle) to enhance guest experiences. These upgrades incur no extra cost and will be communicated before/during the trip.
Delay Policy: Delays caused by guests (e.g., late arrivals, document issues) may lead to service disruptions or additional charges.
Package Cancelation Policy
Cancellation Charges:
Up to 45 days before departure: ₹500 per guest or 7% of Net Tour Price (whichever is higher).
45–31 days before departure: 9% of Net Tour Price.
30–16 days before departure: 12% of Net Tour Price.
15–6 days before departure: 20% of Net Tour Price.
No-show or cancellation within 6 days: 100% of the Tour Cost.
Key Terms:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email/WhatsApp). Verbal requests are invalid.
No refunds for missed/unused services (flights, hotels, meals, permits, sightseeing).
Urbntrip may cancel bookings if 20% advance payment is not received on time.
Zero Tolerance: Services terminated and payments forfeited for illegal/violent behavior.
Urbntrip reserves the right to alter itineraries due to unforeseen events (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.).
Complimentary upgrades (hotels, vehicles) may be offered at Urbntrip’s discretion without extra cost.

Refunds (if applicable) processed within 14 working days after deducting charges.
