Day 01
DELHI – AUT (470 KMS/10-11 HRS)
Begin your exciting journey to Himachal (till Aut) by boarding the Volvo bus from the designated Delhi pick-up point (please arrive on time as mentioned in your ticket). Sit back and relax as you enjoy an overnight journey through scenic routes in the comfort of a Volvo.
Day 02
AUT PICKUP TO TRITHAN VALLEY + JIBHI WATERFALL
Upon arrival at Aut station, our representative will greet you with a warm welcome. You’ll then be driven to the serene village of Jibhi.
Check into your pre-booked hotel, freshen up, and enjoy a hearty breakfast. After a short rest, set out to explore the charming Jibhi Waterfall—a refreshing sight featuring two cascades located just a short distance apart, nestled along a scenic walking trail. The tranquil one-hour walk to the waterfalls offers a peaceful escape into nature.
By evening, return to the hotel, enjoy a delicious dinner, and unwind with an overnight stay in Jibhi.
Day 03
JIBHI - SHOJA - JALORI PASS – JIBHI
Start your day with a healthy breakfast at your Jibhi hotel before heading out on a scenic day tour to Shoja and Jalori Pass. Located at an altitude of 3,120 meters, Jalori Pass is one of the steepest motorable passes in Himachal, offering breathtaking views as it connects the Kullu and Shimla valleys.
Spend some time soaking in the stunning mountain vistas and capturing memories. From Jalori Pass, embark on a leisurely 5 km trek to the serene Serolsar Lake—a peaceful hike through dense forests that takes about 1.5 hours one way. The tranquil lake and surrounding beauty are well worth the walk.
Return to Jibhi by evening, enjoy a delicious dinner, and unwind with an overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 04
JIBHI - TIRTHAN VALLEY EXPLORATION – AUT DROP
Enjoy a wholesome breakfast at your Jibhi hotel, then check out and get ready for the next leg of your journey. Around 11:00 AM, begin your scenic drive to the stunning Tirthan Valley.
Upon arrival, hire a local guide and take a peaceful walk through the Great Himalayan National Park (GHNP), a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its rich biodiversity. Trek to nearby waterfalls, spend some tranquil moments amidst nature, and then head to the Tirthan riverside point to soak in the serene beauty.
By evening, drive back to Aut to board your Volvo bus back to Delhi. Bus departure is scheduled between 7:30 PM and 8:00 PM, wrapping up your memorable Tirthan adventure with unforgettable views and peaceful vibes.
Package Policy & Terms
Customization Policy: All Urbntrip packages are fully customizable except Fixed Departure Tours. Guests can tailor itineraries to their preferences.
Written Communication: Guests are requested to confirm all discussions in writing (email/WhatsApp). Verbal communications will not be considered binding.
Flexible Packages: Urbntrip’s tour packages can be personalized to match guest preferences, including destinations, activities, and accommodations.
Service Alterations: Urbntrip reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, technical issues, government policies, or operational challenges. Guests will be notified promptly.
Booking Confirmation: A package is confirmed only after receiving the advance payment. Bookings remain provisional until the advance is processed.
Travel Date Finalization: For DND (Date Not Decided) packages, guests must confirm travel dates within 3 months of invoice issuance. Delays may affect availability/pricing.
Special Upgrades: Urbntrip occasionally offers complimentary upgrades (e.g., hotel category, room type, vehicle) to enhance guest experiences. These upgrades incur no extra cost and will be communicated before/during the trip.
Delay Policy: Delays caused by guests (e.g., late arrivals, document issues) may lead to service disruptions or additional charges.
Package Cancelation Policy
Cancellation Charges:
Up to 45 days before departure: ₹500 per guest or 7% of Net Tour Price (whichever is higher).
45–31 days before departure: 9% of Net Tour Price.
30–16 days before departure: 12% of Net Tour Price.
15–6 days before departure: 20% of Net Tour Price.
No-show or cancellation within 6 days: 100% of the Tour Cost.
Key Terms:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email/WhatsApp). Verbal requests are invalid.
No refunds for missed/unused services (flights, hotels, meals, permits, sightseeing).
Urbntrip may cancel bookings if 20% advance payment is not received on time.
Zero Tolerance: Services terminated and payments forfeited for illegal/violent behavior.
Urbntrip reserves the right to alter itineraries due to unforeseen events (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.).
Complimentary upgrades (hotels, vehicles) may be offered at Urbntrip’s discretion without extra cost.
Notes:
Refunds (if applicable) processed within 14 working days after deducting charges.
Travel insurance is recommended to cover unforeseen cancellations.
