Day 01
Chandigarh To Narkanda
After pickup from Chandigarh Airport or Railway Station, begin your enchanting Himachal journey with a scenic drive to Narkanda. Arrive in Shimla within 6 hours and check in to your hotel. Spend a relaxed evening exploring the surroundings at your own pace. Enjoy a delicious dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 02
Narkanda To Sarahan
Travel by road from Narkanda to Sarahan, the scenic gateway to Kinnaur. En route, stop at Rampur to admire the historic Padam Palace. Follow the picturesque route along the Sutlej River and ascend from Jeori to reach Sarahan. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and relax. In the evening, pay a visit to the revered Bhimakali Temple. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 03
Sarahan To Kalpa
After breakfast, drive from Sarahan to Kalpa, following the scenic route along the Sutlej River. Kalpa is a charming village set against the majestic backdrop of the Kinner Kailash mountain range. On arrival, check into your hotel and unwind. In the afternoon, visit Roghi village, known for its traditional Kinnauri-style houses. Spend the evening strolling through the serene lanes of Kalpa village. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 04
Kalpa To Sangla
After breakfast, proceed to Sangla—renowned as one of the most picturesque valleys in Himachal Pradesh. Upon arrival, visit Kamru village and take a short walk to explore the historic Kamru Fort, which houses a temple dedicated to Goddess Kamaksha Devi. Later, check in at your camp. The rest of the day is free to unwind and soak in the serene natural beauty of the valley. Overnight stay at the camp.
Day 05
Chitkul Local Sightseeing
After breakfast, head out for an excursion to the scenic village of Chitkul, the last inhabited village near the Indo-Tibet border. After exploring the charming surroundings, drive back to Sangla. Spend the rest of the day at leisure or take a peaceful walk to the nearby Batseri village. Overnight stay at the camp.
Day 06
Sangla To Shimla
Travel by road from Sangla to Shimla, soaking in the scenic beauty along the way. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and unwind. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 15
Chandigarh Departure
After breakfast, begin your journey from Chandigarh. In the evening, you will be dropped off at Chandigarh railway station or airport for your onward travel.

Service Alterations: Urbntrip reserves the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, technical issues, government policies, or operational challenges. Guests will be notified promptly.
Booking Confirmation: A package is confirmed only after receiving the advance payment. Bookings remain provisional until the advance is processed.
Travel Date Finalization: For DND (Date Not Decided) packages, guests must confirm travel dates within 3 months of invoice issuance. Delays may affect availability/pricing.
Special Upgrades: Urbntrip occasionally offers complimentary upgrades (e.g., hotel category, room type, vehicle) to enhance guest experiences. These upgrades incur no extra cost and will be communicated before/during the trip.
Delay Policy: Delays caused by guests (e.g., late arrivals, document issues) may lead to service disruptions or additional charges.
Package Cancelation Policy
Cancellation Charges:
Up to 45 days before departure: ₹500 per guest or 7% of Net Tour Price (whichever is higher).
45–31 days before departure: 9% of Net Tour Price.
30–16 days before departure: 12% of Net Tour Price.
15–6 days before departure: 20% of Net Tour Price.
No-show or cancellation within 6 days: 100% of the Tour Cost.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email/WhatsApp). Verbal requests are invalid.
No refunds for missed/unused services (flights, hotels, meals, permits, sightseeing).
Urbntrip may cancel bookings if 20% advance payment is not received on time.
Zero Tolerance: Services terminated and payments forfeited for illegal/violent behavior.
Urbntrip reserves the right to alter itineraries due to unforeseen events (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.).
Complimentary upgrades (hotels, vehicles) may be offered at Urbntrip’s discretion without extra cost.
Notes:
Refunds (if applicable) processed within 14 working days after deducting charges.
Travel insurance is recommended to cover unforeseen cancellations.
